Neat and food

Front desk reception behaviour is not at all good ..zero customer service ...they don't have basic cordination between themselves ..worst experience ealry in mng during business visit

Location & room

Staff co ordination, unorganized restaurant staffs , bar was stinking, guy who served food to room also kept his chocolate wrap in that tray. Refer the pic

Nice, location, tucked in from the highway. Quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. Staff is friendly and helpful and non-intrusive.Good, wholesome breakfast with nice range of Indian and Continental foods, juices, tea and coffee.Great place to relax and chill with family and friends.

Besides swimming there is not much to do. There is a lot of space around and some more recreation facilities will make it more exciting.

The room was clean

First of all Ac was not working in the room. It took an hour for them to allocate another room. Secondly there was no glass to drink water in the room when I asked for glasses the room service assumed that I asked for drinking glass he told me if I purchase alcohol from them he will give me glasses.. Thirdly the breakfast was sad.. There were some donuts and muffins. By looking at it I can figure that it's not fresh... moreover when we asked for dosa it looked sad. the tea was cold. even after spending so much u don't get what u deserve. I will not recommend anyone to visit there pay a little more and stay in 5 stars.

staff should be trained well. food is average. bedsheets can be more clean and tidy.

Banjara restaurant in bangalore city is better . And the staff didn't allow me to avail discount and pay on zomato. They asked me to pay directly at original price.

the hotel is really quiet. We couldn't hear any traffic noise, such as honking or engine sounds. Also it's quite close to the airport which is good for early morning flights. It was a great last hotel for us, to come down after a couple of days in the louder city.

breakfast and restaurant (for dinner) was ok but has some room for improvement. Downside of the location is, for everything you want to do, a (longer) Uber ride is required. The refrigerator in the room was really loud (almost annoying).

Tooooo expensive

The rooms didn't match the price tag. I asked for a upgrade and hotel staff ask me to pay more and do upgrade.. Initially booking done , but when I reach hotel room was small. Not worth to spend that much amount of money. I am staying in hotel.. this review is written when iam in hotel. Staff at reception was busy searching things on Google. I myself went to see the room.. no one companied

I took executive suite with balcony It’s a tranquil and serine place Green paradise away from horrible Bangalore traffic Lots of birds flying into the property eagles peacocks owls , u won’t expect that in a metropolitan city Food is awesome .. house keeping service is marvelous Help desk and reception people are so friendly

Reasonable variety.

More fruit juice chices. More fruit choices. Less fried items and more milder items such as Pongal and UPma

Good breakfast and great rooms. very good for weekend stay.

better transport from airport to the resort. they can offer free pick-up and drop.

It was ok ...not great

The rooms were mediocre. Bedsheets torn. I had to ask them to change.The toilet bowl was stained and dirty

The location is very convenient to the airport, less than 15 minutes for sure. The staff were exceptionally helpful and willing to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I was using canes and they worked with me with a wheelchair although I chose to walk up three steps twice instead of using the incline ramp. I was up there for just an overnight so I did not see the other parts of the Facility, but the room was large, clean and stocked with water and bathroom supplies. They arranged airport pick up and Drop off at late and early times of the day very congenially for a reasonable fee as I requested a car instead of their van to pick me up. They communicated with me by email and booking.com several times at my request prior to my arrival. Thank you to the two gentleman that helped me so much with getting around!

The rom was a bit musty at first but with Lysol and the a/ c that cleared.

Staff is not cooperative and food quality is so bad.

Food were pathetic and giving smelly food.

Staff is very cooperative and friendly with visitors, hotel location is near the Airport but expensive or I would say NOT A VALUE FOR MONEY w.r.t facilities, food and location.

Price should be reduced to be more competitive w.r.t. nearby large group of hotels ie ITC.

its nice and clean hotel but the location its like inside compound and everything is very far from the hotel you cant go out side by walk

Not much else around it but a good location if you want to be close the airport. Our room was next to a function roomAnd so a bit noisy until 10.30 pm
